Indexator's philosophy, i.e. our basic values, with an integrated equality and diversity perspective, is our guiding principle. We know that working with equality and diversity is a worthwhile pursuit.
We are convinced that a modern and attractive workplace views equality and diversity as being just as obvious as it is central and important for achieving success.
Our integrated equality and diversity perspective has attracted attention in several different ways, including in books, newspaper articles and the Industry Equality Prize.
